Spiritual mentoring is the practice where seasoned believers walk alongside younger or newer believers, offering wisdom, encouragement and accountability in their journey of faith. Through intentional relationships and deep conversations rooted in Scripture, mentors help navigate life’s challenges, give spiritual truths and foster a deeper intimacy with God. This mutual exchange of faith not only strengthens individuals but enriches the entire community, embodying the essence of Christ’s command to love one another as He has loved us.

How are mentors chosen?

Mentors are chosen through recommendations from the pastors, staff, and leaders of the church. After an intentional vetting process including a background check and interview, they attend extensive leadership training before pairing with a mentee.

How long is the commitment?

We start out with a one-year commitment. We believe it takes time to build trust and develop a relationship together. This is a slow process but one we believe helps us take our next step in our faith.

Are there age requirements?

Spiritual mentorship is open to all adults to be mentees and mentors. We do acknowledge the gift of being mentored by someone who has walked the road before you to offer the wisdom they have received from God in those seasons.
