Gina A. Price is a partner at Price & Price and devotes her considerable legal knowledge and ability to the practice areas of probate and estate planning. She graduated with her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1983. Her practice focuses on a full range of services relating to estates and trusts, including estate, probate, and trust administration. She provides estate planning, assists decedent’s families in getting their estates in order after the death of a loved one by services facilitating the transfer of assets.

Gina has been practicing in Montgomery, San Jacinto, Walker County and the surrounding counties since 1983. She is the past President of the Montgomery County Community Foundation and has received state-wide recognition for her dedicated legal service to the families of Montgomery County. The Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards named her the Volunteer of the Year “For Outstanding Volunteer Service to The Children of The State of Texas.” She was also honored by (Region 6) Montgomery County, San Jacinto and Walker County Children’s Protective Services as Outstanding Attorney Ad Litem for the Region. The plaque reads “For Dedicated Service to The Children of Montgomery County.” Gina was awarded “2013 Texas DFPS Lifetime Legacy Award” for the many years of personal and professional dedication to the Texas Foster Care System. In addition to her membership in several legal organizations, including the Montgomery County Bar Association and the College of the State Bar of Texas. Gina is the executive director of the Teresa Maness Educational Foundation, an organization providing scholarships for deserving students in Montgomery County and surrounding counties. Gina is a native of Groveton, Texas, and received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Business Administration, from Stephen F. Austin State University. She married her high school sweetheart, Jimmie Price in 1977. Gina put Jimmie through law school, and then Jimmie put Gina through law school. They have two adult daughters; Jaime is a graduate of South Texas College of Law and is of Counsel at Price & Price. Daughter Jordan attended University of Houston and lives in Galveston County and is a building contractor and real estate agent.

Julie Crocker is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of Texas. She has worked in education and ministry for 25+ years. As her growing community emerged from Covid, she saw the alarming need for practicing Christian counselors. Julie decided to leave her position in children's ministry to open her counseling practice, Magnolia Creek Counseling where she serves children, teens and families. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in education from Samford University, she also holds a masters degree in college administration from the University of Arkansas, and a master’s degree in counseling from Liberty University. She is passionate about the topic of fear, worry, and anxiety and our kids! She is supervised by Jennifer J Cain, LPC-S, RPT-S.

Luann Riley is a pastor, speaker, and single mom who knows firsthand that life does not always go according to plan. After years in corporate leadership, she felt called into ministry and now serves as Pastor of Discipleship and Formation at The Woodlands Methodist Church. Luann holds a Master of Arts in Theology and has spent over two decades leading teams, mentoring leaders, and preaching the hope of Jesus to people walking through loss, transition, and rebuilding. Her story of redemption, faith, and resilience shapes everything she teaches, offering honesty, encouragement, and practical hope for the journey forward.

Rachel Merks is a seasoned real estate agent, mentor, and community leader who has spent more than ten years helping families put down roots and find stability through homeownership. She completed Financial Peace University before the start of her career in 2013, and the principles she learned transformed the way she approached money, business, and long-term security.

While Rachel has not been a single mom herself, she walked closely with her sister through that journey and saw firsthand the financial stress, emotional weight, and challenges of trying to create stability on one income. That experience — paired with her FPU background and her role as a trusted real estate advisor — fuels her passion for empowering single moms to take control of their finances and prepare for homeownership with confidence.

Rachel lives in Conroe and serves families across Montgomery County. She is known for her warm, practical teaching style and her dedication to helping women build financial peace, stability, and a place to truly call home.
