Men’s Meat Up is a time for guys to get together, share a meal, hang out and talk about real life. No pressure and no expectations — just solid food, real conversation and time to connect with other men.
It matters because guys need space to slow down, be known, and build genuine friendships, not just show up and leave.
At the May 2026 meet up there will be a speaker who will provide a word of encouragement for the guys.
