A ministry for 5th and 6th grade students to establish roots in the faith, grow in discipleship of Christ, and thrive in their community. Serve team members play a pivotal role in the 56/Confirmation ministry. Through their hospitality and shepherding of students at weekly gatherings and special events, serve team members provide a safe environment that leads students towards Jesus. 

Hospitality: All serve team members help to make the 56/Confirmation ministry a welcoming place. By engaging with students at the doors, during games and during worship, serve team members contribute to a safe and loving environment where all students are included and encouraged. 

Media: At each gathering, one serve team member assists in the media booth. To help services run smoothly, this serve team member runs prepared slide shows for songs and/or the lesson. 

Small Groups: At Roots, serve team members have the opportunity to lead a small group throughout the school year. During small group, serve team members oversee a discussion around the lesson for both 56 students and high school student leaders who are seeking to gain discipleship experience.
